Price:

The prices payable for the products that you order are set out on our website at the time you place your order. The price will include any applicable VAT. Delivery charges are extra to the price quoted.

Payment:

We take payment from your credit card at the time we receive your order. If payment is made by cheque, goods will be despatched as soon as the cheque has been cleared. Products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the products we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund given.

Delivery:

Delivery must be to an address in the UK. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. In most cases, however, delivery can be expected within 5 working days. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your products in the agreed time we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns:

We trust that you will be happy with your purchase. If, however, you are unhappy with the products because they do not appear to be fit for human consumption, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order.
